1. About Us

The Clarity Game Company is a professional leadership development and executive coaching organisation based in Dubai, UAE. References to "we", "our", or "us" throughout these terms refer to The Clarity Game Company. Our services include the CLX — Clarity Leadership Exchange membership programme, executive coaching, and corporate leadership development.

Note on our brand name: "The Clarity Game" refers to our proprietary leadership methodology — a structured, professional framework for developing leadership clarity, decision-making, and executive presence. It is not a recreational or gaming product.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, submitting an application, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. CLX Membership — Eligibility & Selection

Membership in the CLX — Clarity Leadership Exchange is subject to a selective application process. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our sole discretion based on fit, cohort composition, and programme criteria.

• Applicants must be based in Dubai, UAE
• A minimum of 15 years of professional experience is required
• Applicants must currently hold or be actively transitioning into a management or leadership role
• Only one seat per organisation is available in any given chapter

4. Payments & Fees

Membership fees are communicated directly to accepted members and are payable in full or via approved instalment arrangements. All fees are non-refundable once a membership seat has been confirmed and the programme has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

Payment methods accepted include credit/debit card (via Stripe) and interest-free instalments (via Tamara, subject to eligibility).

5. Confidentiality

All information shared within CLX sessions — whether by members, facilitators, or guest speakers — is strictly confidential. Members agree not to disclose, reproduce, or share any confidential information discussed within programme sessions without explicit written consent from the relevant party.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the CLX name, The Clarity Game™ methodology, frameworks, tools, and materials, are the intellectual property of The Clarity Game Company. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

7. Programme Conduct

Members are expected to participate actively, respectfully, and in good faith. We reserve the right to remove any member whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, dishonest, or contrary to the values of the programme. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to delivering exceptional programme experiences, we cannot guarantee specific professional outcomes or career results from participation. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant programme in question.

9. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of content on the site. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
